04/2012 A new company in the group
With INPECA starts on April 1st a new company in the
BÖLLINGER GROUP.We provide our customers with the 
entire range of service focused on technology consulting
starting with the solutions of castability of components up
to the production and delivery of high precision components.
The location of INPECA in the technology park
Herzogenrath/Aachen offers therefore the best conditions.
03/2012 Development of the infrastructure
Inside the BÖLLINGER GROUP the non-destructive material testing is an important part of our service offering for many years. Based on higher demand from car and equipment industry a new building with optimal infrastructure located close to the main office in Bad Friedrichshall was occupied.
This made it possible to install in the context of a continuous development new technologies like automated digital radioscopy in addition to the previously applied processes. Testings reach in most cases components made of steel
and light metal.
02/2012 BÖLLINGER GROUP in "MORITZ" magazine
The local known city magazine "MORITZ" wrote an editorial

01/2012 Review EUROGUSS 2012
We had three very successful days at this year's EUROGUSS
from 17th – 19th January 2012.
According to the fair organisers, around 8,200 trade visitors came to the fair to meet high-performance suppliers and find out more about the latest developments in the foundry technology field from the 383 foreign and domestic exhibitors.
Our Group was presented as a supplier of ready-to-install prototype parts and niche series in aluminium sand casting and also as a bit of a unique service provider in the field of non-destructive materials testing - in a positive sense of course.
The high number of visitors, the quality of the meetings and also the proximity to our main office in Bad Friedrichshall
(Heilbronn district / Baden Württemberg) are the reasons why we will
be returning again in 2014.
11/2011: Taking great strides into the future
The purchase and commissioning of an automated x-ray
testing system from the company Bosello is indicative of
the route that the BÖLLINGER GROUP tends to take in the
future.
We have now satisfied all demands by our customers
for automatic error detection during serial testing.
The Bosello software and hardware allows our specialists to offer
made-to-measure solutions for your applications. Also, it is
possible to connect a robot-controlled handling system at any
time to cope with very high unit quantities.
11/2011 - Passau fair
This year the BÖLLINGER GROUP will be taking part in the 
9th Symposium with a trade fair in Passau.
The subject "Trends in engine technology" promises some
innovative and interesting presentations.

Successful participation at the Professional MotorSport fair
HPP participated at a joint stand with the professionals
from the company IPT und Gering under the motto
"Technology in 3xcellence".
Together with IPT and Gering, HPP, the processing specialist
within the BÖLLINGER GROUP,was able to demonstrate its
competence in the high-end motor processing field as a system
supplier for individual units through to prototypes, from the series
production of cylinder heads, liners and motor blocks and a wide
range of drive components.
The interested trade visitors discovered that the procurement
of the raw materials through to the ready-to-install high-performance
components for their racing sport applications are all available from
one source.
Further investments in non-destructive materials testing
Under the motto - more performance and options
in the future - the BÖLLINGER GROUP continues to
expand and invest in non-destructive materials testing.
The two existing digital radioscopy systems (DR) with an
output of 160kV will be supplemented with a third even more
powerful digital radioscopy system (DR) with an output of 225kV.
The highlight of this system is the combination of the radioscopy
(DR) with computer tomography (CT) - an innovation first realised
by our plant manufacturer and technology partner Bosello HT srl.
It is now possible to conduct examinations using digital radioscopy
(DR) and computer tomography (CT) in one system in line with the
state-of-the-art. The BÖLLINGER GROUP has again proven here what
it wants to focus on: – Mobilising synergies –
Exact contours can be freely programmed
Processing the valve seats in cylinder heads usually requires special tools that are specifically adapted to the respective contours. The company HPP (High Performance Production) uses a "KomTronic" U-axle system here. "This not only saves us the purchase of angle tools, it also means we can work more quickly and flexibly," confirmed the managing director Frank Melchert

Despite the tough economic climate, the BÖLLINGER GROUP
remains confident and is expanding its non-destructive materials
testing portfolio.
To meet the numerous customer requests for more capacity in the
non-destructive materials testing sector, we invested in a new dye
penetration testing system. Also, a second 160 kV digital radioscopy
system was installed.
The new corporate identity concept of the BÖLLINGER GROUP
The CI relaunch designed by the adextra advertising agency
in Talheim has given the BÖLLINGER GROUP a new strong roof.
It consolidates the identification with the brand, the philosophy
and the mission of the Group both internally and externally.
The focus of the new Group identity is on the company slogan
and the significant key image.
